Hello.
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

All the symptoms you have mentioned suggest some kind of minor respiratory tract infection probably viral in origin. You don't need to worry as it can be cured with timely treatment and chances for complications are very less.
You can try the following as a first line management:-
1.You can give antipyretics like "acetaminophen" to control the fever. tepid sponging with tap water can also help to reduce the body temperature.
2.Nasal decongestants like "xylometazoline " can be used for blocked nostrils. Do nasal irrigation using saline nasal drops for the same.
3.Antihistamines like "cetrezine" would provide symptomatic relief.
4.Do steam inhalation twice day.
If the symptoms persist despite all these, medical attention is necessary and kindly consult a general practitioner (GP) and get the following things done:-
1. Basic blood and urine investigation to look for any infection.
2. A chest X-ray to rule out chest congestion and pneumonia.
3. A short course of antibiotic therapy may be needed to tackle infections.
4. If he has breathing problems nebulization with a bronchodialator drugs may be needed.
You don't need to worry much as it is quite common in children most cases respond well to treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
